FAQ
When was the coffee roasted?
Each bag of TCR coffee has the roast date written on the bottom of our label.
We roast when you order! We recommend grinding at least 3 days after the roast date.
Where is the coffee sourced from?
We get our coffee beans from all over the world. If you have a favorite we don’t
have, let us know.
How should I store the coffee?
If you have our whole beans, our TCR kraft paper package has a CO₂ valve perfect for storage! If you have our ground coffee, we suggest the same. If you must transfer either whole or ground coffee into a different container, consider the following. Avoid light and heat. Store in a cool, dark
place. Keep it dry! Moisture is the enemy. Avoid storing in the fridge or
freezer.
What’s the flavor profile?
Each of our beans has a flavor profile listed on our home page. Naturally we suggest you try them all!
Is it single origin or a blend?
Currently we offer single origin coffee, we will produce blends upon request.
What’s the best brewing method for this coffee?
It depends on your personal preference, email us for recommendations.
Who pays for shipping and what are the choices?
Single bag purchases do not include shipping. The shipping choices are available at checkout. When you purchase 2 or more bags of TCR coffee at the same time, the shipping is FREE!
What is the TCR return policy?
Naturally we want you to love our amazing coffee. If you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return the unused portion with your feedback and we will refund the cost of the bag. Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund on shipping at this time.
